Quite recently, construction of the yacht «Royal Caribbean International Icon of the Seas» was completed. The vessel passed its first trials, and at the beginning of next year it will already be ready to take on passengers and set off on a sea cruise.

What the world's largest cruise liner looks like, with a water park, slides and swimming pools

The liner's length reaches 365 meters, and the weight of this behemoth is more than 250 thousand tons. On board it can accommodate  5,610 passengers and 2,350 crew members. The vessel is laying claim to the title of the largest cruise liner and may soon make it into the Guinness Book of Records.

But it is not the scale that astonishes. Perhaps the most thrilling feature of the ship is the world's largest water park, «At Sea», with six water slides, seven swimming pools and nine hot tubs. On board there are 20 decks and eight sections with various entertainment – restaurants, bars, shops and beauty salons.

And on top of that, the liner outwardly resembles a giant festive cake decorated with multicolored cream. By the way, there are almost no tickets left for the cruise; they were all bought up in advance.
